We are looking for a Senior React Native Software Engineer to join the Viewer Experience team and help build high-quality applications across Mobile, Web, and Connected TV platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance cross-platform applications, collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional streaming experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using React Native and React Native for Web.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript code.
• Develop features for Mobile, Web, and Connected TV applications.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs.
• Write unit tests and contribute to automated testing using tools such as Playwright, WebDriver API, and Appium.
• Optimize application performance across a wide range of devices, including lower-performance hardware.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related technologies.
• Contribute to monorepo development using NX.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern engineering best practices and AI-assisted development tools.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on React Native development experience.
• Strong experience with React Native, including React Native for Web.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience building production-ready mobile applications.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with modern state management libraries such as Zustand, RTK Query, Recoil, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience writing unit tests and working with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced conversational English (written and spoken) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
