About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend foundation in Node.js and hands-on experience with React.

This is a backend-focused full stack role, where you’ll primarily build scalable backend services while also contributing to front-end features when needed. You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, and engineers to develop reliable, high-performance applications running on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Develop and maintain web applications using React.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Build scalable, resilient distributed systems.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to design scalable system architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues across applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and system reliability.
• Research and prototype new technologies to improve scalability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience building applications with React.
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
• Advanced conversational English (spoken and written) is required.
