GTM & Outbound Operations Specialist

We are looking for a GTM & Outbound Operations Specialist focused primarily on top-of-funnel execution and pipeline generation.

This role is responsible for driving outbound activity end-to-end, from list building and campaign setup to outreach execution and meeting generation. While the role includes operational responsibilities, the primary focus is ensuring consistent pipeline creation through structured outbound efforts.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role suited for someone who has worked in fast-paced startup environments and is comfortable owning both systems and direct outbound activity.


Key Responsibilities:

Top of Funnel & Outbound Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Build, segment, and maintain ICP-based prospect lists.
  • Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone (where applicable).
  • Book and coordinate qualified meetings for the Account Executive, ensuring proper handoff.
  • Follow up on engaged leads from outbound sequences and nurture responses.
  • Manage the full top-of-funnel flow from first touch to booked meeting.
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation.

GTM / Operations Support:

  • Manage and support outbound campaign setup and execution across tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Sales Navigator, or similar).
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and proper tracking of leads and activities.
  • Perform QA on lists, sequences, and workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Support optimization of outbound processes and tooling to improve conversion efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as Instantly, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings.
  • Strong execution mindset in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Based in Latin America.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in early-stage startups with hybrid responsibilities.
  • Exposure to GTM/RevOps tooling and automation.
  • Experience working with founders or lean sales teams.
