We are looking for an experienced Alteryx Specialist to design, develop, and optimize data workflows and analytics solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with both technical and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Development & Automation

• Design and implement end-to-end data workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Build, automate, and maintain complex data processing workflows.
• Leverage Alteryx tools including Predictive, Parsing, and Transforms to enhance analytics capabilities.

Data Management

• Perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations using Alteryx and SQL.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Enforce compliance with data governance and security policies across all data handling processes.

Optimization & Maintenance

• Optimize existing data pipelines and workflows for improved performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Alteryx workflows and data processing.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in change management and release activities.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with data architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Alteryx solutions with other data platforms.
• Document workflow designs, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Alteryx tools and best practices
• Stay current with the latest Alteryx features and industry trends to continuously improve workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Strong SQL skills for ETL operations and data analysis.
• Experience with Alteryx’s predictive and transformation tools.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and document them clearly.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• English proficiency for technical communication (required).
