Sales Operations Manager

The company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to centralize functional leadership across our broader GTM systems. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation in our revenue tech stack, ensuring our systems empower GTM execution.


As the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll own the design and optimization of our GTM systems to eliminate duplicative manual processes, accelerate automation, and implement AI-enabled functionality across existing tools. You’ll also evaluate and deploy new technology to support revenue growth, while establishing governance for integrations and data flows across the stack.

This role will play a critical part in operationalizing data visibility within the flow of work and advancing retention and growth-related system priorities. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you’ll provide the leadership bandwidth needed to unify system ownership and scale GTM execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design, optimization, and governance of Salesforce and related GTM tools.
  • Eliminate manual, duplicative processes by implementing automation and AI-driven functionality across systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to ensure integrated, scalable workflows.
  • Design and operationalize end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, qualification flows, and handoff procedures.
  • Establish governance and best practices for integrations, data flows, and cross-system usage.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new GTM tools that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver enhanced reporting and data visibility within the flow of work, enabling faster, more informed decision-making.
  • Provide leadership bandwidth to advance retention and growth-related system initiatives and GTM effectiveness.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Systems roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, or comparable platforms).
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale automated processes and workflows.
  • Experience evaluating and deploying new technology to support GTM teams.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, governance, and data flow management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience delivering actionable insights through systems and reporting.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CS, and IT.
