We’re looking for a senior backend engineer who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants to help us build core infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll design robust data pipelines, architect secure and scalable REST APIs, and collaborate on building the backend foundation for intelligent AI agents that operate over messy real-world data.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain REST APIs that process and return structured insights from unstructured data sources.
• Design data pipelines that ingest, clean, enrich, and verify CRM records at scale.
• Work on asynchronous systems and background job orchestration for long-running workflows.
• Help design secure authentication, usage tracking, and role-based access for enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate closely with founders to bring new features from concept to production.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade backend software, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise context.
• Strong understanding of REST API design, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Experience with data processing pipelines and asynchronous workflows.
• Interest in AI agent design and real-world applications of LLMs.
• Comfortable working independently and making architectural decisions with long-term impact.
