We are looking for a Product Operations Analyst, employee #5 on a team of four. You’ll sit on the product team, report to the CPO, and work closely with Sales and CS on client data deliverables: composing, reviewing, and QA’ing large data projects using the products you help test and shape. Sales owns customer relationships; you make sure delivery happens correctly, and when hands-on work is needed, you jump in, same as everyone here.

As an AI startup, we need a Claude Code expert who is self-directed and thrives on expedited timelines. You’ll have full access to everything you need. Strong communication matters too: you’ll join some customer calls (without Claude) to understand deliverables, though you won’t lead external meetings. Near term this is a jack-of-all-trades role; over time it can grow into a more senior product or engineering position.

General Skills Needed

• Great English communication skills.
• Familiarity with the modern business tools.
  ○ Google Meet, Excel/Sheets and Calendar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Self directed and does not require micro management.
• High attention to detail regarding data and curation.

Required Technical Skills & Tools

• Claude Code expert including:
  ○ Up to date on which LLMs are better for specific tasks, open source models, models across the same company.
  ○ Familiarity with OpenClaw.
  ○ Familiarity with Claude Agent Skills.
  ○ Familiarity with running local and open source models.
• Highly skilled with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiar with JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Can you execute a script that can update a CSV with data from an external AP
• Even better… Can you work with Claude to write a script that does that and communicate back to Engineering so they can develop your script?
• Familiarity with Linear.
• Familiarity with GitHub.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SOC2 certification and evaluation process.
• Familiarity with Sales and Marketing technology.

Example Tasks:

• Working with LLMs to review and deliver data files.
• Supporting Sales in using Salmon to fulfill contracted data deliveries — verifying that CSVs are correctly created, enriched, tested, and delivered to the customer’s spec. At times you’ll run the enrichment yourself.
• Normalizing data in the CSVs being delivered in a way that’s consistent with the customer’s expectations.
• Manage projects and tickets in Linear.
• Working with Product & Engineering to make sure that tickets are correctly delivered and made available to customers.
• Surfacing tooling gaps and product feedback from delivery work back to Product and Engineering.
• Working with the executive team to get our SOC2 type 2 certification renewed.
