Job Description: 

• Lead the production team, according to the decomposition of the production plan and detailed scheduling, monitoring the production progress.
• Strict implementation of process discipline and quality standards, for the stability of product quality to provide manufacturing process guarantee.
• Command and dispatch team to deal with on-site abnormalities, coordinate resources of relevant auxiliary departments, solve bottlenecks in the production process, and ensure the achievement of the plan.
• Responsible for the department’s cost control (including labor, accessories, energy consumption, loss, etc.), analysis of cost differences and promote improvement.
• Be responsible for the construction, training, assessment and motivation of the production team, cultivate the backbone of grass-roots management and multi-skilled workers, and improve the team skills.

The candidate will be Head of Production at the Mexico Factory, managing a 1,000+ team, overseeing planning, quality & cost, resolving issues and developing the team.

Requirements:

• At least five years working experience in related manufacturing production management, TV mnt aseembly is preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese and Spanish as a mandatory requirement.
