A very few people like to disscuss this matters, the perks of being a recruiter. In some stories we are the saviors and in anothers we are the villains.

Our task is simple but yet challenging, we are dealling with people not machines, so we are expect that every person have different ideas and we aknowledge that we never had clases, courses or prepare ourselfs to build the right CV, attend to interviews, follow up process and it´s normal not to know a lot of «standard» process that HR, Outsourcings, Recruites and headhunters (incluiding us).

Why I became a recruiter, I like to say, the ways of life to tell you help others, so I will continue writing stories and opportunies, because I love the thrill and satisfaction to see what other´s can accomplish.
