The company is an AI startup helping customers work with high-quality data at scale. We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our growing team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll help ensure customer data is accurate, complete, and delivered successfully. You’ll also use modern AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and help shape how our product evolves.

As one of our early team members, you’ll have significant ownership, work directly with company leadership, and have the opportunity to grow into a more senior Product or Engineering role as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality and successful delivery of customer data.

On a typical day, you will:

• Review, validate, and prepare customer data deliverables.
• Ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve workflows and internal tools.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Help identify product improvements based on customer delivery insights.
• Manage projects and tickets using modern collaboration tools.
• Occasionally join customer calls to better understand project requirements and expected deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, and collaborating across technical and business teams.

You’ll likely be a great fit if you have experience with most of the following:

Data & Operations:

• Experience with data validation, data quality, data operations, or customer data deliverables.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable working with CSV files and large datasets.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude Code (preferred), Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar as part of your daily workflow.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, or simple scripting to automate repetitive tasks or work with data.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control tools.

Working Style:

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Linear or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI agents, open-source models, or local LLMs.
• Experience working in SaaS or startup environments.
• Exposure to SOC2 compliance or security processes.
• Familiarity with Sales or Customer Success workflows.
