The company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market Operations team. This role supports both lead lifecycle operations and marketing campaign execution to ensure our systems, data, and processes work together seamlessly.
You’ll own core components of our marketing infrastructure, with a focus on Marketo administration, campaign execution, and data quality. You’ll also help scale how we operate across the GTM funnel, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, and IT teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building in Marketo, a strong understanding of integrated marketing systems, and a mindset for continuous improvement. You’re comfortable diving into technical details, troubleshooting system issues, and designing processes that scale efficiently and reliably. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are energized by diagnosing operational inefficiencies and continuously improving them through automation, documentation, and evergreen process design.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Enable sales and marketing stakeholders through documentation, working sessions, and consistent communication as changes are introduced
- Partner with the appropriate stakeholders to define and maintain our lead lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, and statuses.
- Own Marketo campaign execution from intake through activation, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and system alignment.
- Maintain and improve data quality and governance across GTM systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth Product to connect campaign operations to broader GTM strategy.
- Contribute to system scalability by documenting and improving repeatable campaign workflows.
- Support implementation and ongoing administration of the customer engagement platform (e.g., Braze, Pendo).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Marketo, Salesforce, and integrated Martech systems.
- Work with the broader team to identify gaps and recommend solutions across data governance, campaign execution, and tech stack optimization.
Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations or GTM operations.
- Strong experience with lead lifecycle management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with campaign workflows and the operational dependencies that support them
- Strong Marketo expertise, including complex campaign builds, troubleshooting, and data integration.
- Experience managing integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and other Martech systems.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Pendo, Braze).
- Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
