We are looking for a new BA / QA engineer to assist with Product testing and client deliverables. This role will be a member of the product team and report to the CPO. The role involves working with large CSVs and being able to review, update and compile new CSVs from a variety of sources.

This role could eventually evolve into a product or engineering role but in the near term we’re looking for a jack of all trades team member who can help with anything that needs to be done.

General Skills Needed:

• Great English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Self directed and not asking for micro management.
• High attention to detail regarding data and curation.

Required Technical Skills & Tools:

• Highly skilled with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiar with JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Github.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Sales and Marketing technology.
• Familiarity with Retool.
• Up to date on LLMs and which models are best for different tasks.

Example Tasks

• Working with Sales to make sure data deliveries (CSVs) are correctly created, tested and delivered in a final CSV. Checking to see if the data in the CSV is correct and accurate. 
• Normalizing data in the CSVs being delivered in a way that’s consistent with the customer’s expectations
• Signing into Jira and checking to see if there’s new APIs or tools to test them using online or local tools to test that the APIs or work was done correctly.
• Working with Product & Engineering to make sure that tickets are correctly delivered and made available to customers.
• Anything that doesn’t require coding or selling!
